I dunno.... when you look at the window from the inside, the cut out looks to be a hack job... yet when you look to the inside of the machine, there doesn't seem to be any alterations made.

I don't think this is from the factory.  Has anyone ever heard of the fan and/or cooling unit being placed on the top of a machine?

OR.......... a wife put that window there to look at her husband who would be inside during viewing hours at the funeral home.  :tounge:
He must have died for buying that "one"more machine... and this was the one.

The upper fan motor looks to serve no purpose other being an accident waiting to happen.

WOW....now that's a new one on me. I gotta give them points for novelty, it looks like they reasoned the air would partially travel around the inside top curve. Could this be an old conversion? Doesn't look like safety was a high priority.

That compressor deck is a sight. I wonder if it even turns?

This was an attempt at humor... Of course it's not factory... Extreme Hack Job in my opinion
