Title: Vendo 81 Large Door; Large Door Problem Post by: msanborn on June 28, 2013, 03:03:26 am I am having a difficult time getting the large coin door to open and close properly. Is there a certain number of shims (or offset required) that are needed behind the locking brackets, the locking bar is moving freely, just won't engage the brackets properly. Thanks. M

I've been careful to take off the brackets and the shims from each one and baggy them until refinishing and reassembly, I put it back on the restored machine exactly as it came off and most of the times still don't fit right? still have never been able to figure that one out.. so it's trial and error.. I always seem to have to put more shims in a restored machine than what it came with. It's a mystery..
