Title: Flat screen Post by: MoonDawg on June 04, 2013, 05:32:52 pm Ok big screen TV's are in.....and big Coke machines are out, right?
Well I saw this on local C/L. Imagine this Coke machine with new paint and chrome plating that is also used as a TV :drinking: With upper stack modification and good insulation, this would be a hit at Superbowl. Title: Re: Flat screen Post by: cohammer on June 05, 2013, 06:45:03 am I love that idea, my brother n law has a c - 200 something from the 60 s I did not take much of a look at but might go back and see if I can use it for that
Title: Re: Flat screen Post by: cola62 on June 05, 2013, 10:19:14 am That is a weird graphic on that machine. Coke mixed in with what looks to be generic sodas. Would think that a Coke graphic would be only Coke products. Guess they wern't as anal back then.

Title: Re: Flat screen Post by: Pixel on June 06, 2013, 01:20:31 pm Don't look now, someone's just invented the 5' tall console television. :tounge:
Seriously, the machine itself works? Is that an old Westinghouse? That's one way to fix a bad illumination ballast :upside: This might be a good candidate for the TV treatment, as long as your can get good buddy Doc Oc to move it for you. I bet it weighs close to 700 lbs. http://www.ebay.com/itm/151052384706 |
