Absolutely love it. Fantastic job!
Title: Re: Jacobs 26 Done Post by: Creighton on May 09, 2013, 02:04:38 am Dang Pat, That looks outstanding.
Great job!! I think the 10 cent is a tad big. The "Have a Coke" is a bit too small. You asked :-) Creighton Title: Re: Jacobs 26 Done Post by: halehouse on May 09, 2013, 06:18:10 am The first thing I noticed whenI saw it on Facebook was the 10 Cents sign. I'd prefer it without that, but other than that it looks great!
Title: Re: Jacobs 26 Done Post by: Funtronics on May 09, 2013, 06:31:34 am Very nice job Pat. Looks awsome. Some lucky customer is going to be very happy.

Title: Re: Jacobs 26 Done Post by: bcharlton on May 09, 2013, 07:57:10 am I would have gone with a larger 10 cent font and taller casters for the wheels.
Just kidding. It looks great!!!! ps who am I to complain about a large font. Title: Re: Jacobs 26 Done Post by: jholmgren on May 09, 2013, 08:02:23 am That looks fantastic Pat - I have GOT to get me one of those! :drinking:

I dont' mind the 10cent decal, I put them on the lower center of V81's at customer requests and actually like it.. adds something to that very empty space.. Nice work! Title: Re: Jacobs 26 Done Post by: georgescustompaint on May 09, 2013, 09:40:08 am Looks Great!
Title: Re: Jacobs 26 Done Post by: Pat Pixley on May 09, 2013, 10:00:14 am Looks Good Pat, Thanks Everybody , and Yeah I do the same thing John but this customer is thinking it is to big for the machine myself I think I dont' mind the 10cent decal, I put them on the lower center of V81's at customer requests and actually like it.. adds something to that very empty space.. Nice work! it looks right . This morning I was snapping a few more pictures and I had a neighbor stop by ( he always stopping by and hanging out ) just fell in love with this and said if my customer is not happy with it he buy it from him and give him what he has into it. Title: Re: Jacobs 26 Done Post by: BONOVOX on May 09, 2013, 04:02:45 pm Another job well done Pat!
I too don't mind the 10c size... but I could also do without it. Is there a reason why the Jacobs are always put on wheels? When I redo mine one day, I don't think I want wheels on it. Did they come like that originally? Having wheels looks too odd to me. Either way, nice job! :happydrinkers: Title: Re: Jacobs 26 Done Post by: bcharlton on May 09, 2013, 04:26:02 pm Or just have the wheels sit approx 1/4" below the bottom trim line. That way it rolls but you don't notice that they are there. This wd-5 looks like it sits on the ground but it actually rolls on the wheels.
just my .02 Title: Re: Jacobs 26 Done Post by: Kaleid20 on May 09, 2013, 04:57:05 pm Don't mind the decals at all, think it makes it look less naked. Not crazy about the wheels either though, wouldn't mind them if they were more flush underneath instead of so prominent.
All in all fantastic job Pat! Title: Re: Jacobs 26 Done Post by: Kilroy on May 09, 2013, 05:43:33 pm I think the casters are from the moving dolly. Pat would put on a giant 10 cent decal, and giant Sprite Boy, but never giant wheels
