Parts are going to be a little hard to come across, looks like a a late 60's/early 70's model, can vendor, the ID tag on the side should give you the exact model no.

Let's start with the basics, which "motors" are you refering to? cooling fans? and/or vending (assuming you meant that the vending motors won't vend cans) now also assuming that the machine is loaded with cans in each column so that the sold-out lamps are not on.

A:] Is the coin mech loaded with nickels for change & Does the machine accept all coins? & are the "sold-out" & "correct- change-only" lamps OFF?

B:] Do you here the main relay "click" when the vending price is accepted by the coinmech?

C:] even if the machine didn't vend, does the coinmech reject all coins after the correct amount/price is inserted into the coinmech? & then reset for the next vending cycle after you press a selection button?

D:] Did you check the circut breakers on the control box (if any)

these are just a few of the steps to help you isolate the trouble down between a coinmech/control issue, or an actual vending motor/electrical issue(s) (bad, sold-out switches are common on these machines & loose connectors on the back of the switches are also very commmon, if you have a wiring diagram pasted on the inside door of the machine, & follow the wiring path, you'll see that basically the switches are wired in a "daisy-chain" (series circut) & if one fails, all of the selections can be affected,

so think out the vending cycle & see at which point it fails,assuming the machine is loaded & ready to go, then...

coin(s) are accepted/change given---->selection/enabled --->selection is made---->vending cycle started---- >product delivered---->vending cycle completed---->machine resets..

& go form there    ???   hope this helps...

Hey JohnieG, thanks for the reply...  It has a coinco 9300, and it seems to be working.  I mean, it accepts coins and will dispense change.  As for a click, I didnt hear any thing.  Actually, if I put enough money in for, say 3 soda, I can manually trigger any one of the motors 3 times.  However, no change is given for not dispensing.  The control box HAD one circuit breaker, which was bypassed by the last owner.  All of the sold out lamps, except one, light.  However, the flour. light doesn't light even after replacing that little fuse.  Thanks man for the help!
