The empty light is on,and the manual "empty"switch lever is "out". Title: Re: Machine vends when empty Post by: tkaz on April 15, 2013, 04:29:32 pm I'd start by looking at the CREMs behind the slug rejector, they should become de-energized when the coin mech receives an empty signal via pin 6 of the Jones plug, causing the mech to reject coins. Sounds like they may be staying energized?
Title: Re: Machine vends when empty Post by: johnieG on April 15, 2013, 08:30:57 pm CREMS won't cause "mystery" vends, a bad vending relay or logic board inside the coinmech is the most likely culprit.
remember, CREMS reject coins based on change availability ( lack there of) or sold out conditions. they block vending via disallowing coin acceptance. |
