Title: Jacobs 56 Post by: BONOVOX on April 08, 2013, 05:36:42 pm Never got around to posting some pics of the 56 I picked up a few months ago.
This machine was purchased from the grandkids of the original owner, where the machine was in a NY city hardware store it's entire operating life. It was then moved to the Grandkids home. Hurricane Sandy caused damage to the son of the owners deck, and so needing cash to fix it, they decided to sell the machine that was just sitting in the crawl space of their NJ home. I used FLITZ to give the machine a good cleaning, and boy oh boy does that stuff work well!!! This machine I am keeping. The two tone paint on the Jacobs came from the factory like that, so I can't take credit for that lol. I'm just glad I found a nice original machine to have.
