Title: Las Vegas trip
Post by: Blind1968 on March 11, 2013, 09:23:45 pm
Well I broke down and did it... I am in Vegas for the week with my job and had some free time so i stopped by the Ricks Restorations... I know I know... I have to say I am not overly impressed with the Soda machines he had on display, but there were several I would like to have had sitting in my living room.

Yes, google Shelby American, then you can navigate from their site to when the museum tour happens. I'm not sure, but I beleive you want to make reservations, and not just show up. The yearly "Bash" is this weekend or next.

Tom's right....you have to register for the free tour.  I tagged along with my friends as they are the car buffs.... I'm a soda machine guy

It is cool though, as at the time there were 2 original shelby's being worked on, and in the showroom there are some pretty historic shelby cars to check out.

It's a nice break from losing at the slots  :darn:

If I'm not mistaken the Pinball Hall of Fame in MD has closed it's doors, they sent out notices a short while back that they weren't able to reach an amicable lease agreement with their landlord. I believe they are currently looking for a new place.
