Title: Looking for some info on this coin op Post by: HowDueYouDue on March 07, 2013, 09:51:20 pm I call this my "gateway" coin op. Bought it a year ago and have been collecting coin op since. Can't seem to find another one of these anywhere and all I have been able to learn about the company is that they made some vending machines in the 60s. Any info would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Have rotated your pic so the soup doesn't spill :-) I recall those. Not the best soup. Kinda a beef bullion cube type thing. Very cool machines and don't think it would take much to upgrade to a better mix. I remember the stuff in the coffee machines, but this is pretty skinny.

Walking the 3 miles uphill both ways to and from school :-) I would stop in the Hospital cafe for soup and poke a quarter into the Mr. Peanut machine. Soup and peanuts for 50 cents. Good times. Water with a bowel in it? Ugggh! I'd say it probably wasn't the best soup. Sorry Creighton! Know it is a typo, but couldn't resist. Title: Re: Looking for some info on this coin op Post by: jbrooks on March 09, 2013, 08:08:44 am it must have sucked for the lady who had to provide her bowel to each customer. I would think she would have run out quickly.
One missed key and we amuse ourselves for days on here...I love this site Title: Re: Looking for some info on this coin op Post by: halehouse on March 09, 2013, 08:22:44 am Blame autocorrect. Always blame autocorrect.
