I didn't go into too much detail with this search, but if you search 'coke sign base' and click on the 'sold' listings, looks like they generally go for $200-250 in the condition you have

Realistically around $150 is pretty fair considering the base with need be refinished, and the embossed lettering would have to be re painted. As stated, I have also seen people asking $300 which in my opinion is too much!

Someone had welded them to the poles that held his dock up.
