Title: Vendorlator vmg-88
Post by: on November 06, 2004, 02:21:17 am
I have a vendorlator VMG-88 pepsi machine that belonged to my father in the 60's.  He used it in a business he owned here in st Louis.

Above the tag giving the model number etc, there is another tag that says "pepsi cola bottlers of St. Louis" with the numbers 717 stamped/pressed into the tag.  It also has a union sticker on the front of the machine.  Can anyone tell me anything about this machine?  When was it made?  What size bottles does it take?  I remember getting soda out of it when I was a kid and they were small bottles.  The machines works, and it cools (at least last time I tried it) but is need of a restoration probably, as some of the paint is faded etc.  Any info would be helpful.  Thanks.

The value rests completely on the condition. In original shape it can run $500 - $1500 ballpark for a nice original. Can you post a photo or email me one. I live in the St. louis are also.
