Looks like a Kelvinator 180 self serve cooler. By the pictures, it would appear that the lids were missing so they slapped a piece of painted lumber or formica on top and converted it to a table. Nice paint and a neat conversation piece but the cooling system is probably gone or non-functioning. Those Kelvinators have a lot of nice embossing on them but they are heavy and not very practical.
