I was a big vintage drum addict years ago ive kinda gotten out of it, but ill be a drummer for life!!!

Very cool to bring this kit back to life without spending big money for new zinc plating. The tumbler is the single shown here: http://rocktumbler.com/lot-o-tumbler/ Great unit for small stuff. It's fast. 12 hrs. for screws and such. Can't get the link to work right. Just cut and paste into a browser and all should be well. Next purchase will be a barrel tumbler to do the candy shelves for Canteens and Stoners. May just make one. Want to see the wfl pics. This is fun stuff. Post by: briandr1 on January 12, 2013, 04:21:59 pm I think your snare is a duplex from what Ive read, They are actually very collectable and valuable your snare looks like its from the 1920's Ive awlays wanted a tube lug drum. Its certianly worth hanging on to, and probably has an awesome sound to it. Very nice old snare.
