Title: Compressor Junction Box Terminals? Post by: Slapshot42 on December 09, 2012, 07:11:04 pm I need to re-wire my RT 56. When I pulled the junction box cover off I noticed that the connections for the fan motor, etc. are very brittle and should be replaced? The screws theads to attach the ring terminals for the fan motor literally broke when went to remove the wires.
Is their a direct replacement I can purchase to install on the existing compressor? It's a little bit of a gamble because I don't know if the compressor works? Is it worth the time of money or should or should I consider replacing the compressor? I will need to take a better picture before posting.... Thanks in advance... If the compressor cools, the next step is to order the complete new wiring harness, doing away with all the old wires.

(start relay over load and start capacitor) Funtronics has them or a local appliance supply. If the compressor doesn't run you won't be out much for trying.
