Picked up a decent embossed Cavalier 33 but missing the coin entry on top of door. And metal trim piece around coin return. Any parts machines out there? Also, how does top lid lock? Looks like parts are missing there.

 And Welcome to the Site .I think Funtronics Has the Coin Entry Plastic .
And I own its Cousin The Cavalier 27 .Yous Looks to Be missing the Metal Bar from the lid to behind the Coin Entery door .(Mine is Also Missing ) And i'V Been looking for one for 4 years .Good Luck If i Could Find one I would Copy it .
And make a couple for others that arte missig it

Welcome to the site!  Sorry I can't help with the Cav parts, but I live in York PA - not too far from you. 

I was actually checking out your website a week or so ago, you had a machine on Craigslist or eBay that led me over there (forget which).   I've got to get up there in person to check out your soda fountain and Penny Arcade!

That would be SUPER  :tounge:  I am only missing 2 pieces to complet the machine .the door locking bar from the lid to behind the Main & coin door. And the piece the lock uses to hold the door shut on the main body . I have pictures of it but never found one . ANY help would be great '!!!!

Well what do you know. Miracles do happen. Found the coin entry piece hidden in bottle compartment while cleaning the machine. Couple little screws at the hardware store and it snugged up tight. Made my day!   :biggrin:

      Isn't the coin entry piece made of plastic? They are usually broken.

Glen- yes, it is plastic. Seems odd that it's not metal. Looks like old repair on it
but works well. I thought for sure screw holes would have been
stripped out.

I attempted to upload photo of it, but will not work. I guess that aspect of the forum hasn't been fixed yet.

I talked to the owner yesterday and tried to describe the piece...he had a hard time understanding what I was describing...

I'm missing all that too.  Why would these parts be canabalized?

       For home use it was easier to just lift the lid and grab a Coke, a locking bar would get in the way. Trash it!  :darn:

Ordered new wiring harness for my machine. I did put on a temporary power cord (the old one was in terrible condition) to make sure compressor was working. Got ice cold pretty quickly. Starting to enjoy this machine more.

But like my Vendo 44, the newer bottles are too narrow and fall through when you try to stack. I bought a shim kit from Funtronics which helped. Anyone with a 33 modify their bottle compartment so it will vend properly?

Machine is working great now. Letting customers use it.

Could use a cap catcher for this. Anyone have a narrow one, about 5' wide? I'll get better measurements.

I also need a cap catcher and coin box for my Cavalier CS64.

I picked up a decent Cavalier 33 yesterday...it has the lockdown bar for the lid...I could probably get copies made if needed...not sure what the price would be,  but my metal guy has always been reasonable - just email me...also, does anyone have a picture of the locking bar while its attached to the small front door? I have the bar and a small piece of curved metal that's attached to a lock that was laying inside the mâché when I picked it up...I haven't had time to play with it yet. I will get pictures later today.

Leonard- do you still need the locking bar and the piece that the bar locks onto? I had the locking bar assembly remade and I'm looking into fabricating the other piece, if my guy will do it.
