Title: Moving a machine. Part 1
Post by: Creighton on November 11, 2012, 11:54:18 pm
Did same today so thought would share what works for me.
Camera took the day off halfway through but one should be able to get the general idea:

Equipment:
Measuring tape
4' x 6" PVC or cardboard tube.
Moving blankets.
Bicycle inner tubes.
Foam squares.
Tennis ball with a 1.5" slit if a center post rear hatch.

What to do:
Remove all shelves, crown catchers and coin mechs.
Place in padded boxes.
These items tend to come loose during transport and can damage the compressor or cooling lines.

hahaha, or just use a 1200# Coke machine dolly, and your 20ft,
10,000# capacity trailer with folding tail gate! Looks great with
15 machines on it, rolling down the hwy!

Well.... that's how I do it!  :tounge:
