Title: pepsi slider Post by: lucky104 on October 17, 2012, 08:03:45 pm I have a Pepsi slider that I am not sure what model it is . It looks like a ideal 55 but the coin mechanism is on the inside under the lid . I can't find a picture of a Pepsi machine like this one anywhere . It looks a whole lot like the Tyler Champion 110 a 7 up machine on this website and there is a tag on side that says champion but I thought it was the compressor. Did they make machines for Pepsi ? Does anyone know what I may have ? Thank you

It is uncommon & rare, but not necessarily valuable. Just because there is no documentation on it doesn't mean it is something else. Other slider parts may fit, but it would be trial and error. You can still restore it as a reach-in cooler and wait and see if a rack shows up somewhere; however, finding the correct rack/mech will be near impossible IMO, so a full restoration may never happen.
