Title: Zinc plating service
Post by: Fire708 on September 13, 2012, 11:34:57 am
Looking for a good plater in the Seattle area. All the ones I've called cant do small parts. Soon as this is done I can start reassembly!    :happydrinkers:

Find a plater that does barrels...sounds like yours just does rack plating.
Really small parts are hard because they can easily get lost and platers are not responsible for lost pieces.  :veryangry:

Will they do zinc? The web site makes it look like they only do chrome.

There is a shop not far from me that has signs up for Zinc, Nickel, Brass, Cad and Chrome plating. Looks like a nice little mom and pop operation. I'll be over that way first of the week and see what gives.

Neighboor just told me Allied Chrome here in Spokane will repair and chrome mostly straight large car bumpers for $400. That's a deal. Have seen the work and it is top notch.

Let you know what I find out.
