Title: Gumball Machine Post by: jbrooks on August 13, 2012, 10:31:39 pm Just picked up this Acorn machine, I think its on the original stand, any experts agree or disagree. All it needs is a new lock and it will be complete and in nice original condition

Title: Re: Gumball Machine Post by: davethebirdman on August 14, 2012, 04:04:10 pm Careful these babies bread like rabbits... I currently have over 70 wall hangers and gumball machines. Once they get going there is no stopping them.. Title: Re: Gumball Machine Post by: V63 on August 14, 2012, 05:00:41 pm Your Acorn does look to be a keeper. I agree that they are addictive,...I have several as well as a couple of beautiful Ford gumball machines.
Even if it was in poor condition they are a super simple restoration, easy to disassemble/reassemble, and parts are inexpensive and easy to come by. Good luck.
