Title: V56 marque seal Post by: Fire708 on August 04, 2012, 11:51:13 am Does anyone know of a source for the rubber seal that goes around the marque frame on the vendo 56 and 63? Ive also looked on Funtronics and Sodajerkworks, and tried a few weather stripping suppliers on the net. I thought I saw a post here about the same part but I cant find it either.
Ive attached a (poor) pict. Thanks, Darrell Title: Re: V56 marque seal Post by: MoonDawg on August 04, 2012, 11:55:42 am If you don't find it, I have used sponge gasket with the self adhesive strip to fill the gap.

You might want to try the material used to hold screens in the frame. It's available at most hardware stores and comes in different sizes.Ive attached a (poor) pict. The project moves forward! Title: Re: V56 marque seal Post by: johnieG on August 05, 2012, 01:30:27 pm Glad it worked out...I'm always scouting around for cross-referenced items from other related refrigeration sites..especially odd-ball gaskets for orphan brand coolers. enjoy!
