instead of a single standard lid like all other juniors... This will say S&S on the opener.. but the body style is becoming more like the Quikolds I like. I wonder if this is a transition from S&S to Quikold?... I remember it because of the color, kinda funky for Pepsi and the fact that it is non embossed. I didn't know he wanted that much for it though.

I've only seen one other like this one and it was a generic also. My assumption would be that all parts laying around were utilized to make a finished product(cooler), and absolutely nothing was wasted. This was what was done by the Major Jukebox manufacturers in the 40's also, I've seen alot of things that weren't recorded as ever being made. I think your "right-on" price wise.
