Title: dimes but not nickels! Post by: redhawk on July 23, 2012, 07:08:37 pm Hello. I am having trouble with 2 different coin mechs. The stoner candy machine will accept dimes, but the nickels get stuck and I have to eject into the candy tray. My Glasco 50 has a frankenstein mech and it also does fine with dimes but not nickels. Is there some fast trick or answer to correct this? Any help would be appreciated. :darn:

Title: Re: dimes but not nickels! Post by: sodaman on July 24, 2012, 09:50:29 am Try soaking them in warm soapy water for a couple of hours, rinse in clear water and blow dry with hairdryer. Has cleared up a lot of problems for me.
