you really have to be the judge on that.. if you like it and you can afford it then buy it... if your buying this for resale, then I'd say not really... the condition of the porcelain sign is what makes this valuable... near mint orignals can bring 1500-1800 but as soon as you have damage it decreases value dramatically. I think 350-375 range would be a great deal! Point out the damage and see if he or she willing to lower the price.
