Title: Evaporator coils freezing/frosting - unit not cooling Post by: brasskey on June 25, 2012, 07:46:34 pm So I checked the drinks this morning and they were nice and cold. Evaporator fan was running and compressor/condenser fan was off at the time. I just got home from work and the compressor and both fans were running. But, the drinks were not cold. I opened up the unit and the evaporator coils are completely frosted over. Any ideas what the problem might be?

Or it could be a stuck thermostat too.
