Title: Airline Cooler (Cav. Jr.)

were the handles on these coolers originally painted red, or just bare metal? most ive seen show red handles...

There is an all stainless steel version of this cooler. I think? LOL

My Airline cooler has chrome over steel & it's original, & yes there was an a Stainless steel version made of the model.

This has been on craigslist in my area for months. Looks like the handle is stainless.

I have seen them both ways, but I suppose non-painted was how they came originally.  The hardware tended to rust, so some owners may have painted it.

$490 is way too much for an airline cooler in need of restoration.
