Hey Dave- what's your budget, and where are you located?

I'm in the KC,MO area. I don't want a restored one. An empty shell would even be ok for what I need it for.

Dave,

Welcome to the board.  I was in KC for 8 yrs before moving to mid mo.  There are several other board members in the KC area.  There is one on the Lake of the Ozarks Craigslist right now, but the Owner is asking about 10 times value.  We'll keep our eyes open.

Thanks. Here's a pic of my 1955 Ideal 55 Pepsi slider and Pepsi picnic cooler.
The nicest ORIGINALS I have ever come across.

Dave,

I have a VMC 144SA--Coca Cola embossed.  PM me if you are interested.  If you just need the shell, we might be able to work out a deal.  Really don't want to part the machine out but it is just sitting in the garage taking up space.  I am in Michigan a little west of Ann Arbor.

Tim,
Thats a cool machine. It looks WAY too nice to part out. I still need the vendo 144 shell though, because it is wide enough for what I want it for. Thanks Dave

Linda's best guess is the script is Korean or Vietnamese. Interesting story behind that one I'm sure.

Still looking for a Vendo 144 shell. The vmc 144 isn't quite wide enough for my application.

I'm 99% sure it is Korean.
