Title: National Candy Machine Post by: SodaShopNick on May 25, 2012, 12:17:08 pm I am just wanted to get everyones thoughts on what this National Candy Machine might be worth. The person is asking $500 which I think is high considering they don't have the key to see the internals. Here is their description:
"This came out of a 1950s themed restaurant my family owned and we are now selling some of the fixtures. I do not know much about the machine, but it is in beautiful condition. There are a few spots and scratches on the mirror. The spots look like whatever is holding the mirror in place has reacted on the back of the mirror. You can see them in the 2nd and 5th picture. The key was lost in the storage process -- it worked well when it went into storage, but not guaranteed" Title: Re: National Candy Machine Post by: davethebirdman on May 25, 2012, 12:22:01 pm There is a conversation going on at the moment about these machines. $500 is way to much for something you don't know works. You could spend your money much more wisely.... JohnieG - Good point. I would rather get a Stoner anyway. Thanks everyone. |
