I believe it revolves and lit inside. The plug is not attached. I assume it was left for the store owner to use or not, depending on the ability to plug it in. 20" wide, 10" high Best offer. That phone sign will hang prominently over my 1957 Western Electric Phone Booth with the art deco Automatic Electric AE-50 (jukebox) phone inside. The AE-50 while not a payphone is the coolest wall phone ever made IMHO!
