Title: What model is this machine Post by: Ezra on February 28, 2012, 03:28:13 pm Guys,
What is this Coca Cola machine? The seller is saying it is a Vendo44 but it doesnt resemble one to me. But I might be mistaken. Thank You Title: Re: What model is this machine Post by: Kilroy on February 28, 2012, 03:35:32 pm Not a 44, looks like a Cavalier, but can't identifiy the model. Comapre it to the garage door, it's a beast, 6' tall or so where the 44 is 5' and some inches .
the 44 is crank vend, also missing. Title: Re: What model is this machine Post by: cokecolaman on February 28, 2012, 03:36:57 pm Looks like a Vendo 144
Title: Re: What model is this machine Post by: BONOVOX on February 28, 2012, 04:26:10 pm If Rick Dale is the one selling it to you, then it is a Vendo 44
It looks like some kind of Vendo 216, but I see in the pic that you have an ID tag on the side.... just look at the first line and it should say the model No. Title: Re: What model is this machine Post by: bcharlton on February 28, 2012, 06:37:07 pm Vendo 144 SA autiomatic but the door looks different.
Just my.02 Title: Re: What model is this machine Post by: johnieG on February 28, 2012, 06:49:13 pm I betcha Rusto-Rick can whip it into a Royal Crown VMC V81 no problem! :tounge:
Title: Re: What model is this machine Post by: Ezra on February 28, 2012, 06:53:14 pm They're asking $500, I thought it was a Vendo 44 as they described until i looked closer. I truely hope youre joking about AR and he does not change up machines.....................

You're right prime specimen for a 81 my guess would be an Orange Crush, though :drinking: Title: Re: What model is this machine Post by: Ezra on February 28, 2012, 07:21:55 pm Are you guys suggesting there are a lot of fakes out there...............

I've thought the "Rick" jokes have been getting old, but you revived them for me with that photo! Here is a photo-clip of his first show provided by a member here, someone told me it re-ran again last night. Title: Re: What model is this machine Post by: Ezra on February 28, 2012, 08:34:59 pm Guys,
Any pointers to confirm my 81D is the real thing. Im pretty sure Im ok. Thank You Any other comments on spotting frauds I would appreciate! Title: Re: What model is this machine Post by: Kilroy on February 28, 2012, 08:49:57 pm If the seller says he has a broker house handling the sale because he's out of the country, it's prolly fake. Or nonexistent. Most likely both.
If Coca Cola is spelled with a K, it's fake. Title: Re: What model is this machine Post by: MoonDawg on February 28, 2012, 08:51:24 pm Your 81 is the real deal :happydrinkers:
Title: Re: What model is this machine Post by: Kilroy on February 28, 2012, 09:33:15 pm I don't think the seller was trying to pull one over in the first pics, I think 44 was all he could make out on the tag.
