Title: Need help identifying a USS-64 machine Post by: bcharlton on January 27, 2012, 04:56:47 pm The back plate reads USS-7-91/56 S. It sure looks like a Cavalier USS-64.
Any help would be great appreciated. BC Title: Re: Need help identifying a USS-64 machine Post by: Pat Pixley on January 27, 2012, 05:31:27 pm :needphotos:

Title: Re: Need help identifying a USS-64 machine Post by: tkaz on January 28, 2012, 12:25:37 pm Yep, its a USS machine...but does it only have 7 rows? I guess that would account for the different model number. My USS-64 has 8 rows, and stands just over 54" tall, is that one shorter?
Title: Re: Need help identifying a USS-64 machine Post by: bcharlton on January 28, 2012, 12:56:32 pm Yes,
It does in fact, have only 7 shelves. Can anyone else confirm this? I'm no experts on the square tops. Title: Re: Need help identifying a USS-64 machine Post by: MoonDawg on January 28, 2012, 01:23:59 pm Yes, how tall is it? The ones I have are 55 1/2".
A C-64 has 8 cans X 8 shelves. I guess your C-56 means 8 cans X 7 shelves? Truly a rare machine. Title: Re: Need help identifying a USS-64 machine Post by: bcharlton on January 28, 2012, 01:27:34 pm MoonDawg,
It is a USS machine. I can tell by the round shelve knobs and the width of the bottle door. Title: Re: Need help identifying a USS-64 machine Post by: bubba on January 28, 2012, 09:20:30 pm Thats pretty cool.. never seen a 7 selection..
Title: Re: Need help identifying a USS-64 machine Post by: tkaz on January 28, 2012, 09:53:40 pm The bottle viewing windows are a lot smaller too, just above the turn knobs. I wonder what the 91 stands for in the model number, that's the only one I can't make sense of. Maybe the 7 shelves could hold 13 skinny cans or bottles each?
