Title: Juke box ID help Post by: Marvin on January 15, 2012, 10:22:44 am This popped up for sale locally. Can anyone tell me what it is and might be worth? He's got it listed at $400.00
Thanks Title: Re: Juke box ID help Post by: Kilroy on January 15, 2012, 10:55:44 am AMI D, or Model D, 1952.
depending on when it was made, it plays 78's or 45's. The pilasters on the corner light up as well as the top selection listings, looks cool even when not playing. 400 is a good price if it's all intact, don't think the plastics are repopped. Collector wise, not as popular as the Wurlitzers and Seeburgs, but they do sound great, and kinda have a cool factor. And a visible mech. Decent box.
