Aside from keeping any eye on CL and Ebay, I would try poking around in some of the antique malls and flea markets. I have seen stuff like this on the shelves in some of the booths at these places so you might get lucky. Still likely to be a bit of a search. Good luck!

There was a thread some time ago about these parts being available so I may just have to get two bodies and paint them red until I can locate original "red" plastic ones...
