Title: The Real Deal Post by: jbrooks on November 27, 2011, 10:41:54 pm So for any who caught History Channels newest reality show, what did you think was the deal with "The Real Deal"? Did anyone else who watches all of these auction/pawn shows notice the same guy is popping up selling on all of them? He's a tall dark haired guy, prob early 40's. I noticed him on Pawn Stars a few times, then Auctioneers and now he's on this show

For example, there was a guy selling a SpiderMan pendant. He was offered $300 and decided to go to auction with it. It brought $450 and he was glad that he "made $150 more" than the pawn shop guy offered. I'm sitting here thinking, "What about the fees? You don't get to pocket all $450".
