Title: Anyone looking for an original Stoner Theatre Candy Machine? Post by: Roadman on November 26, 2011, 01:11:06 pm I happened across this Stoner Theatre Candy machine on the net http://www.rosebudproductionsltd.com/Company-STORE.html It's being offered by a theatrical production company Rosebudproductions in Chicago, IL...the company rents some period antiques. Not sure if it's a real Theatre (there are lots of fakes out there). This one looks freal and in ok condition and is offered at a Black Friday price of $1,800 down from $2,000 firm. I have two Stoner Theatres at a refurbisher right now or I would consider this one. Then again, maybe I will consider this one as this is a plain 8 pull. The ones I have that are being refurbished include a Stoner Theatre mint/gum wheel version and a much older style Stoner Theatre with a hood and only two light bulbs.

My uncle was interested but he wouldn't go below $1800... Now he puts it on special for $1800! I believe it's the real deal though Title: Re: Anyone looking for an original Stoner Theatre Candy Machine? Post by: mznb1u on November 26, 2011, 08:29:19 pm Nice Theater but that price is a bit high.

P.S. Gas is fairly reasonable right now....your call! Title: Re: Anyone looking for an original Stoner Theatre Candy Machine? Post by: bcharlton on December 08, 2011, 10:15:04 am the Stoner Junior from Santa Monica Craig's List is a fake Theatre syle. Stoner did not make the Junior as a lite up machine.

Title: Re: Anyone looking for an original Stoner Theatre Candy Machine? Post by: Roadman on December 08, 2011, 08:19:53 pm Got scooped on the Stoner Theatre in Rochester by Curtis...! Two of his friends down the street in Buffalo, NY would have grabbed that machine.
Nice pick Curtis. Real Stoner Theatres are tough to find. And yes, the "Stoner Junior Theatre" is fantasy piece...lights added. Title: Re: Anyone looking for an original Stoner Theatre Candy Machine?
