Title: sales tax in illinois Post by: stburger on November 25, 2011, 02:21:31 pm I am from illinois and have bought several item on e bay from ill. The last item I bought I had to pay sales tax. Not sure why this item and no others. Can anyone explain. Steve

We don't have sales tax here in the UK... Instead the theiving bast**ds take 20% on everything and call it Value Added Tax. I have bought a few items that were just from average locals and paid no tax, but if they are a buisness, they sock it to you. :Oo:
