Hey everyone,my brother just gratuated from Army boot camp today (Fort Benning Georga)...I would like to paint my dp machine in ARMY green colors...How can i find out the correct paint code?

A paint shop  ccan scan the color if you can them a picture or an example ( shirt, patch, etc)

I think the color typically is called 'Military Olive Drab' for reference

Army:

I would try automotive paint supply in your local area. Usually the have a paint index, or book in the store.  You might be able to simply just find a few colors that would work for your project.

They also have Army Camo paint in spray cans at Joes Army Navy surplus stores here in the Detroit/Metro area,may check at your local surplus stores?

I would look into a vinyl wrap in the new ACU (digital camo) pattern. Anything else may appear dated. They use the ACU wrap on the vehicles used by the recruiters.
