Title: How many 81 Bottle door spring wraps?? Post by: johnnyselman on June 17, 2011, 09:00:12 pm When I took my bottle door apart. I counted 2 wraps on the spring and that's the way I put it back. The door is not sealing as good as I wish it would. There's not a lot of tension in the closed position. I'm thinking of going 1 more wrap on the springs but don't want to break them. Just wondering how many wraps you guy put in yours?

But seriously, I've set the springs on my V90 bottle doors at about 2 before they start to bind when they are opened. Sometimes when you've pulled the bottle door to restore/repaint or replace the gasket, the hinges need to be adjusted by loosening the screws that hold the door on the machine-side & slide them outward ( towards you as you face the machine) this will allow the bottle-door to sit more "squarely" against the gasket.
