It's also big & heavy, I personally would think it's a bit high dollar-wise, but I even though I really like RC cola stuff, have no desire to own such a chest cooler, so I'm not inclined to even think about buying one like it. I rarely get into anything bigger than a 2-door just because of the size of the beasts. PS... if it's wet-chest/water-cooled unit, pass.

I have a buddy who has one out by his pool in a patio, looks awesome and told him that is where it's staying after we moved it there. I passed on a nice original 7up once like this for 300 a while back, just no room.

It is a nice looking cooler and as johnie pointed out--it is EMBOSSED everywhere. All that being said, even if you could get beyond the size and weight, I can't imagine what it would cost to do a proper paint job on it. You would have way more into it than it would ever be worth unless you happen to be a sign painter or pin-striper.

I used to fill one up with beer in a store out in Texas years. Every time I delivered to that store I used to admire the machine. I tried to buy it but I could never get the owner to sell.
