Post by: on April 24, 2004, 04:00:18 pm
Hi everyone! Ok on the serial tag in my pop machine it says Vendo 220/125  the only machine on your site is Vendo 220/125-5.  It basiclly looks the same but not exactlly.  I want to find as much info on this machine as I can.  Can anyone help me?  This machine works fine except it doesn't always vend.  I put coins in it (not always the same amount.. $0.25 $0.50 $2.00) differant every time.. Whys that?  Also sometimes it doesn't vend.  I can hear it work just then no cans come out!  Im confused I load it to the instructions...  I NEED HELP!!   :(

I just got a vendo 220/125.
What yr. were these made?
(no tag on the side of it....the inside however says for indoor use only)
all woodgrain on front and vinyl coke decal on sides.(http://c2.ac-images.myspacecdn.com/images02/112/l_30ce1d2889784eb2a8ed5ce37bf45c8d.jpg)(http://c1.ac-images.myspacecdn.com/images02/77/l_9c478ae7904348a5ab09856a10b0a42c.jpg)
where can I get parts for it?
(new vinyl for sides....trim clips)

Well judging from the coin bezel I would say late 70's to early 80's. The vinyl sides were added later. I think Funtronics sells the woodgrain vinyl but your machine probably would have been pained red on the sides. Peel a little off of look at a scratch and that will tell you what it was from the factory. New parts will be next to impossible because the machine really isn't collectable. You may find another parts machine on ebay cheep if you keep your eyes open. I hope that helped. Maybe someone here might have the parts you need.
