Title: Popcorn Sez Machine Value?
Post by: mygoose101 on January 15, 2011, 11:29:00 pm
I have a chance to pick up a Popcorn Sez Machine, restored. Not sure of what I can get it for. Any idea of value? Can't seem to find one for sale anywhere. It's nicely restored and seems to be complete. Don't really collect popcorn so I would buy for resale only. Thanks.

Just noticed this post.   I have just recently recieved one of these machines, and was looking for some nice pictures of the inside mech most importantly where the wires go?
This machine is cosmetically in GREAT condition will all the original decals intact, few scratchs and no dents. Top dome is also in great condition with no cracks and few scratches.
Inside Mech just seems rusted and frozen, but all parts seem to be there.  Any onfo, or Pics would be greatly appreciated!!

Thank you!

From what I've seen 2k to 4k seems to be the going rate for a properly restored one. These are somewhat difficult to find but finding one with the plastic dome not cracked is even harder.

As far as wiring goes, back in time warehouse sells the diagram for around 10 bucks. You can even download it or have it mailed to you

Here is my problem if anyone can help me out....the motor is bad on mine and no one can seem to repair it. They tell me I have to go back to the original mfg to get it replaced it and they no longer exist. Anyway, anyone here have a motor or at least a donor machine they are willing to part with. Or does anyone know of a motor that could be used to replace with. Posted this question a few weeks ago and got lots of good response but so far...Nada.

Mygoose.....good luck with the purchase and please post pics if you get it!!!!!!! Sounds like one sweet machine.
