Post by: ercin13 on December 20, 2010, 09:50:21 pm

I made my own, laminated them and used velcro to hold them on. Put a piece of Velcro on each of the bars, this way you can change the labels easily..

Try Fun-tronics!  They are a sponsor of the web-site and they likely have what you are looking for.

Here is an original Coke. Can't recall if any of the can stacks in the shop have decent survivors. Will check Tue.

I would think making your own would be best? no sure if Funtronics sells them or not? they might sell only the coke ones?

The Coca Cola Company did not want the other flavors to appear too flashy and would make their labels very plain. You can see some of the original "Root Beer" label remaining on the third pull down. Other plain block print labels might say "Grape" or "Orange", etc.

If your handy with a scanner and a basic print program, you should be able to make your own.

that is what I am going to do. scan the logos of the soda's I'm putting in, and resize and print labels sized to fit.

i like the velcro idea, being able to switch them out and not having a bunch of stickers to peel off. i'll be stocking beers more than sodas so i dout if funtronics carries those. i could probably google some logo pics and print.

I like to use bottle caps with magnets inside. You can put them on the tap pr next to the tab to show the flavor.

You could print out the different flavors and glue them to magnets and switch them out anytime you wanted. You can buy the magnets like they use for business cards.

problem with magnets on that can stack is the levers are aluminum.. I use the magnets and hot glue on my USS-64 to hold my beer bottle caps..

I thought I had a good idea. I guess if it was that easy everybody would of thought of it.

Why can't you glue a magnet to the pull tab and another to each flavor label - North attracts South you know.
