Title: Re: Main Door Seal for a Cavalier CSS-96F Post by: tideluva on November 24, 2010, 08:48:08 am Ok, I found out it is an inner seal that I need and not the main door seal. Doh! The seal that I am talking about has 4 pieces that goes between the galvanized "box" that holds the bottles and the outer shell. It is attached by screws going through the galvanized box through the seal and then the outer shell. As you can tell, I'm a newbie and ignorant to what is what. I had to replace the bottom of the galvanized box due to rust, and the seal was eaten up and damaged so I cannot use the bottom seal. I am not concerned with authenticity, I just want it to work and be somewhat efficient. Any suggestions? By the way, thanks for the replies!

The Westinghouse gasket is kind of similar in that it goes between the main cabinet and the liner. http://www.sodajerkworks.com/xcart/customer/product.php?productid=753&cat=&page=2 Call and maybe Steve will sell just one piece. |
