I haven't found any better place so far. Also, as far as I know there are no reproductions available.

The prices vary. I think I paid $100.00 for one. That was years ago. I put one on my Northwestern dual nut machine. The original style of paper cup holder was a metal one, but you can't find any replacement cups for that style. The vortex cup, funnel shaped, works the best, and being that it's glass, it just looks cooler.
