It is very hard to tell with that picture--and is that picture the actual machine? I would want to see more pictures of inside and out before pulling the trigger on a $1500 BIN. ebay told me he could legally by their policy do that! sucks but thats the chances you take! They will try and save money by not making it a reserve auction. Then if it doesn't reach the amount they want they will say it is no longer available, or it was damaged.
