Title: Removing V63 Bottle Stack Post by: CoolCat on October 01, 2010, 05:41:47 pm I've seen a number of threads that relate to bottle stacks of various types, but could not find anything that dealt specifically with removing the bottle stack from a V63. Does anyone have a set of procedures (and tips/tricks) that should be followed when taking the stack out?
Thanks! Title: Re: Removing V63 Bottle Stack Post by: johnieG on October 01, 2010, 06:51:38 pm Remove the shelves, remove the wiring cover from the bottom of the stack & disconnect the wires
(draw a small picture of which ones went where or take a quick digital picture so you can re-connect them ) & then starting at the bottom left side of the stack, remove the 6 or so retaining screws & when you get to the last one on the top, hold the top of the stack with your free-hand & remove the last screw, then the stack will be able to be tilted & pulled out of the machine. you will then be able to see the mounting posts at the back left side of the liner behind the stack, if you plan to paint it with hammer-tone paint, you may wish to remove them ( two total) & of course remove the shelf support brackets on the right side of the tank too.
