Looks complete, but has some beauty scars and possibly rust issues down under in the base. I'd buy it up now if it were local to me! No real time to ask questions from the seller on this one. Since you are new, you will soon learn that good deals don't wait for you....jump on it! :happydrinkers: Candy machines are easy to paint since the whole inside comes out so the dents can be pounded out.
