I actually have a square top machine bank I got at an amusement park that is pretty neat except I kind of ruined the electronics when I tried to fix the broken wires that go from the door to the machine (before I knew how to solder very well and I was using that as see on TV soldering iron which was junk)and it does not look like it was based off a real machine either. Looks like they took a few different machines and combined them all together. I would love to get one of those banks like the one in the picture there.
