oustide size is approx 16"deep x 17length x12"width..... inside is approx 14" deep x 15" length x 10" width It was made by St Thomas (Ontario, Canada) Metal Signs Ltd....does have some rust holes in the outside (bottom) but no holes in the interior liner.
