Title: Tank motor for a Westinghouse Standard Post by: tkaz on June 05, 2010, 09:44:19 pm Does anyone repop this motor, or does anyone have one? The best I can tell it is relatively unique, or mine is screwed up, but the whole bottom half of the motor casing rotates with the shaft and blade. I did some quick looking on Funtronics and couldn't find anything similar, any advice?

Title: Re: Tank motor for a Westinghouse Standard Post by: 90grad on June 06, 2010, 07:26:16 am I had to replace the circulating motor in my Westinghouse Master water bath cooler. I had the same issue. Basically, I bought a new motor from Funtronics and then modified the existing mounting bracket to get it to fit. This was not fun. I had to drill some holes and use zip ties, etc.
I had a similar issue with the Westinghouse 102, but that was much easier to modify, since there was no shaft to mess with. Title: Re: Tank motor for a Westinghouse Standard Post by: tkaz on June 08, 2010, 10:34:57 am I pulled apart the motor last night, and the shaft does come out, but with the bottom part of the casing attached. I'm going to see what I can do about modifying another motor to fit the shaft, but if someone has a replacement that will work, I'm interested.
