As far as the 8 oz. bottles, I have called all of the SE Michigan Coke distributors and they won't even make you a deal on buying those direct--unless maybe you want to buy 25 cases! The only Coke distributor in MI who will is located in the Western Upper Peninsula.

I tried to ask, but couldn't get anyone who knew about it.
